Angie Finn, NP
Clinical Nurse Practitioner
Angie Finn is an accomplished and seasoned Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner who brings over twenty-four years of experience in the health care field. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Madison with her RN-BSN in 2000 and then spent five years working in cardiac care and critical care before deciding to further her education and attend graduate school for Nursing. In 2005, she graduated from St. Catherine University with her master's in nursing as an Adult/Gerontological Nurse Practitioner.
Throughout the years, she has spent over half of her career providing care in sports medicine, surgical orthopedics and spine specialties in two busy orthopedic practices in the Twin Cities. She brings a unique combination of skills and competencies that are both surgical and non-surgical. Angie also brings years of experience providing care in internal medicine, mental health and pain medicine. Her diverse background, wealth of knowledge, and advanced skillset have prepared her well to care for clients with a multitude of healthcare needs. Angie is a compassionate provider who builds strong and trusting relationships with her patients. She believes in educating and empowering patients to make the most informed decisions regarding their healthcare. Angie’s main goal as a provider is to help her patients achieve their health care goals and to be the best versions of themselves.
In her spare time, Angie enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, traveling, reading, attending her kids' sporting events and heading up north to the cabin during the MN summer months.
Kelly McGuire
Clinic Manager
Kelly brings 16 years of experience from the Crutchfield Dermatology Clinic to Skin Deep Aesthetics. Her extensive knowledge of clinic operations, patient care, and the dermatology field ensures a smooth and efficient experience for every client. Kelly is dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and confident in the care they receive.
Kassandra Collins
Advance Practice Aesthetician
Kassandra’s background encompasses extensive experience and comprehensive training in Medical Aesthetics, with a particular focus on the application of various laser technologies. She has concentrated on areas such as skin rejuvenation, scar revision, wound healing, and skin tightening. It is her firm conviction that remarkable and effective results are best attained through the integration of advanced modalities, complemented by the strategic use of Exosomes and BioGenic ingredients.
Her fundamental principles revolve around maintaining professionalism, continuous learning, demonstrating compassion, active listening, upholding truthfulness, and fostering a friendly, collaborative environment. She possesses a deep-seated passion for holistic skin health. Having personally experienced significant skin challenges due to hormonal imbalances at a young age, she strongly advocates that the practical application of knowledge is essential to being a successful aesthetician.
Her greatest joy comes from her husband and daughter. Outside of professional pursuits and continuous learning through reading and podcasts on skin health, she finds pleasure in the outdoors. She particularly cherishes walks with her two Bernadoodles, as well as hiking, skiing, cycling, music, and travel.

As a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and wellness advocate, I've spent 20 years helping patients overcome pain and restore mobility.
